Organising Committee Welcome

The Port Lincoln Yacht Club welcomes all yachties to the 75th edition of the Adelaide to Port Lincoln Yacht Race and Lincoln Week Regatta sponsored by Teakle Wines.

We are excited to be hosting our 75th Adelaide to Port Lincoln Yacht Race and welcoming you to be part of the great history of the event.

Entries for 2025 event are open and we advise there is another event occurring in Port Lincoln at the same time and there will be high demand for accommodation – so please book now!!

Again, the four-day Lincoln Week Regatta will be sailed on beautiful Boston Bay and the surrounding Islands and will also include the famous Meggas BBQ in picturesque Spalding Cove.

We look forward to welcoming you all to Port Lincoln for this iconic event and week of yachting.

Safety

Our safety record remains excellent and is secured by the reliable functioning of all YB Trackers, enabling our land-based supporters to know the location of every yacht. The tracker accuracy confirms the finish times as recorded by our volunteers at PLYC finish line.

Race Information

ADELAIDE TO PORT LINCOLN YACHT RACE

Friday 21st of February 2025

Our 2025 host club will be the Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia (CYC) for the briefing and start.

Offshore multihulls will start at 1445 and Yachts at 1500.

Entrants Note: By registering for the 2025 Teakle Classic Adelaide to Port Lincoln Yacht Race, the person making the entry acknowledges that they have read the Notice of Race and its addendum “Emergency Response Plan” and agree that their crew will be made aware of this plan.
