It is essential that all crew participating in all events have a current Australian Sailing Number. If you have crew who don’t have one, they are welcome to join the Port Lincoln Yacht Club and will be issued one as part of their Membership (please find a link to membership form below for their convenience if required).

Skippers are required to provide complete details of all PERSONS ON BOARD (“POB”) including emergency contact details for each. Note: The boat’s entry will remain inactive until the FULL details listed below are received by the organising authority.
This is collected as part of the online entry form for our event(s) under the “Provide Details of All Persons on Board (including Skipper)” Section of the TopYacht Entry Page.
How To:
You won’t be able to enter this information until after your initial boat boat entry into the RACE/REGATTA, therefore you need to:
1 – complete initial boat entry via Online Entry link below (this will unlock the relevant section) at the same time
2 – then gather the “POB” information (as listed below),
3 – you or your boat rep can return to this page and go back into your boat entry in the RACE and/or REGATTA (via the links below) to add/edit/modify details in the POB section.
4 – Click on relevant RACE/REGATTA link below, select RACE ENTRY , in STEP 1 select applicable series, under STEP 2 select UPDATE EXISTING SERIES ENTRY DETAILS IN SELECTED SERIES and click on SUBMIT button. Enter/edit/modify POB information.
Please note this is easiest using a desktop as you need to TAB after the email address box to enter the rest of the information, however you can copy the ‘mobile link’ within the entry page to your notes on mobile device and use that to copy into a web browser and edit/modify etc on the go (handy if you have changes through the REGATTA) .

These details can be reviewed and updated (for returning boats) OR submitted (for new boats) within the entry process in Top Yacht under the box titled OFFSHORE RACING : BOAT DETAILS.
It is mandatory that you complete all parts of this section including a safety audit and insurance expiry date, these dates must be current at the time of the Race/Regatta. Note: The boat’s entry will remain inactive until the current details are received by the organising authority.
These are a requirement for entry and are auto-generated via Top Yacht and signed on Race Briefing night on Thursday or for Regatta entrants – on the Monday morning Registration at the Marina Hotel.

Please be advised that on the Thursday prior to commencement of the Race, someone from the ‘tracker team’ may need to board your vessel to install.
PORT LINCOLN
Competitors are reminded that marina berths in Port Lincoln are privately owned and to accommodate yachts for Lincoln Week local owners actually move their boats out. For this reason if you are allocated a berth please use only the allocated berth and please understand that this is a logistical operation that takes some time for volunteers to bring together.

If you are a visiting yacht, please contact our Adelaide Host Club to discuss your berthing requirements with them.
Will be provided at the Adelaide to Port Lincoln Race Briefing (Thursday evening). If you are a trailable please contact Fiona Paul (Regatta Co-ordinator on 0412 299 542) on the Friday or Saturday during office hours and she will assist you.

Please note this may require you to move from or to the berth we allocate you for the event
Changes to berth bookings AFTER entry has been finalised
(eg Race only to Race & Regatta or to cancel)
Changes are not possible VIA the TopYacht entry system after you have paid for your initial entry.
To make changes please email lincolnweek@gmail.com with your request and provide a contact numbers so that the appropriate person from the PLYC can contact you to progress.
Please note that a manual payment adjustment may be necessary.
The Marina Hotel is next door to the marina and has restaurant and bar facilities.
Please note that the marina provides rental berths only and does not provide any bathroom or other facilities.
Normally we arrange access to shower facilities at the Port Lincoln Leisure Centre which is nearby.
